Mind in Motion Mtaani Festival

Mind in Motion Mtaani Festival is a community wellness festival bringing together mental health, movement, music, art and health in Buru Buru.

Taking place on 31st October 2026, the festival brings the community together for a day of fitness, movement, mental health and medical screening, music, dance, storytelling and live performances.

Throughout the day, medical check-ups and mental health screening and support will be available on the ground, giving community members an opportunity to check in with their physical and mental well-being while enjoying the festival.

Come to move your body, connect with your community, express yourself through art, access health and wellness support, and enjoy an experience designed to remind us that our well-being is something we can build together.

Community walk/run, dance fitness, yoga, music therapy and the morning wellness programme.

Enjoy live community performances including dance, spoken word, singing, storytelling and more.

🎶 Evening Pass — KES 750 Early Bird | KES 1,000 Regular
Experience the Mind in Motion dance performance, followed by a community discussion and closing programme.

Experience the full festival from morning to evening — movement, wellness, community activities, performances, Mind in Motion and the closing discussion.

Medical and mental health screening will be available on the festival grounds throughout the day, allowing ticket holders to access available health and wellness services alongside the festival programme.
