Bars to Belonging empowers incarcerated youth through dance, DJ skills, embroidery, and mental health education. By fostering creativity and resilience, we help juveniles at Kamiti Maximum Prison build confidence and envision a future beyond bars. Through expert-led workshops and mentorship, we create pathways to healing, belonging, and reintegration.
Mind in Motion is a dance project that uses the power of movement to challenge mental health stigma, raise awareness, and provide healing. Through collaborative workshops and performances, we engage communities in Nairobi, promoting emotional well-being and fostering connections with mental health support.
